Doesn't fit? Color clash? Just not quite what you thought it would be? No problem!

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Securely repackage your merchandise. (NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.) Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. We suggest selecting an insured shipping method. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your package in transit. FPSTYLE.COM cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Fancy Pants, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from FPSTYLE.COM.
